Emergency roof leak repair

Keep people away from sagging ceilings and wet electrics; a temporary cover limits further damage until a permanent repair.

What this covers

Active leaks, missing shingles or a damaged section letting water in, with temporary tarping where needed.

Before the roofer arrives

  • Stay off the roof, especially when it is wet, icy or after a storm.
  • Put buckets under drips and move belongings and electronics away from wet ceilings.
  • Photograph damage inside and, from the ground, outside — useful for an insurance claim.
